Joseph Duggar has confessed to molesting a 9-year-old girl through a phone call that was made to the child's father and a detective with the local police department.
As per an affidavit that was rolled out by the Bay County Sheriff's Office and attained by People Magazine, BCSO criminal investigator Chase Norris wrote in that affidavit that he was told Joseph had confessed to molesting the minor while speaking to her dad.
{img}That data was relayed to the father by a detective from the police department, urging that a phone call be made to reveal the devastating details.
The actor shared how he did not have the right intentions while carrying out the crime, clearly admitting to the heinous ordeal.
{img}Once on the phone, the affidavit mentioned that Joseph touched the victim over her clothing. and was keen on doing the wrong thing.
Most of the things featured in that affidavit are taken from a forensic interview with the minor, who is now 14 years old.
